This is the fifth time we have chosen this hotel in Andorra. This year, too, they chose him! But this is the first time we have encountered rudeness at the reception! When we arrived at the hotel, we asked for rooms with balconies. The Manager at the reception lied to us, saying that our rooms have balconies. When we discovered their absence, we asked several times to relocate us. As a result, the Manager told us: You are bad guests, do not book this hotel next year!!!! This is terrible! Not professionally! And the absolute audacity!!!
