Плюсы и минусы Amaya resorts and SPAS

The hotel is really huge by local standards, large halls, large rooms, there are pros and cons. What didn't you like: 1. Burned, the next day we walked around in clothes for half a day, decided to go to the SPA, because the AMAYA RESORTS & SPAS hotel. 2 hours of massage and aloe vera tanning program. They do not know how to do massage at all, smear and stroke, but after a couple of hours the wife began to feel a strong burning sensation of the skin in the place where they smeared. We went to find out what to do, after the showdown, the general manager of reception offered to refund the money, while the spa was being sorted out, the manager offered to solve everything the next day. In the evening, I had white boils and irritation on my back. The next day at 11 o'clock he took a picture of the insurance and said he would call a doctor -wait. We waited until 17 o'clock, and it turned out that no one called, because he decided that the manager from the tour company should do it for him, and we spent a whole day of paid rest waiting in the room for the doctor, whom he did not call. My wife was even more upset, and only the girl from the financial department of the hotel was able to solve this problem, the doctor came in 40 minutes and diagnosed local skin infection, and prescribed treatment (skin infection), the hotel manager refused to refund the service based on this. There was another girl with us at the same time for a massage, and she also got a skin burn. We thought about how this could happen and decided that the infection could have been in orange robes or towels, after we rubbed scarlet, and under it the skin irritation went on for all three.The result is severe skin irritation from infection and burns in three people.
2. The most important thing is the pool, it is only for children 1.3 meters, the sea is nearby, but waist-deep and there are corals everywhere. If you want a good entrance and swim, you need to go to a common local beach, there will be at least 300 local people on weekends. And there is a swamp near the beach, there is a real wild crocodile 2 meters long, I saw it personally in the evening near the shore. 3. The food is uniform, but tasty. Lunch and dinner are 5,000 rupees per person. 4. The same manager promised to change all the torn tennis rackets and buy a billiard cue within three days, apparently he forgot, so the games passed by, as well as TV. 5. The hotel is far from excursions, the nearest distance is 2 hours of travel, if it is interesting to go, then it is 2-3 days. For example, it takes 5-6 hours to get to Sigiriya.2. Удивительно! У людей обгорела кожа на спине и они идут на массаж! После этого удивляются, что у них возникли проблемы с кожей! А голову включать не пробовали? Практически раневая поверхность подвергается механическому воздействию и чего вы ожидали?
