Здравствуйте, еда была вкусная, чай особенно! А теперь к печальному, на пожарной лестнице которая на улице валяется мусор невозможно ходить а тем-более если пожар как через мусор идти, отношения к клиентам вообще хуже всего, приходили на ресепшен каждый день говорили заявку оставляли, телефон и телевизор нет работают. Сейф с первого дня требовали, сначала сказали нам что сейф платный, мы сказали ок давайте, но так не поставили. Полотенце бесплатно в хамаме было а нам сказали платите. Персонал на баре вообще русский не понимают и только на баре а вообще нет русского , аниматоры работают отвратительно, хотелось бы лучше, а еще за файфай просят деньги, я не получил удовольствия от отпуска. А ещё я как фотограф делаю красивые фото 📷 видео и пишу у себя в инстаграме, предложение написал им в инстаграме а они вообще в чёрный список внесли. Считаю таким людям не стоит работать и лучше вернули бы деньги мои. Не отдых это было, нам просто приходилось брать машину в прокат и уезжать с такого отеля, чисто приехать и ночевать такой отель!!!! Еще окна наши выходили на помойку это было капец
